DECEMBER PRAYER LETTER

A COLOMBIAN CHRISTMAS!

• First of all we want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas!

  – We hope you have a great time with your loved ones celebrating the greatest gift in history.

• It has been six years since the last time we celebrated christmas with our family here in the States.

  – We thank God for the opportunity of being able to come back on furlough and spend time with our family.

• We had a blast!

  – We played games: Christmas relay race and White Elephant

• But most importantly I was able to preach the Gospel to them and also gift them a great book about what Jesus did for all on the cross:

  – I had the opportunity of preaching about the gift of God from Ephesians 2:8-9.
  – Both my wife and I made “goodie boxes” with some candy and the book “done” by Cary Schmidt.
