A Month of New Beginnings
We thank God that during this past month we have been able to slowly but surely re-start new ministries and activities at our church here in Colombia. Men’s meetings and women’s meetings have been extremely helpful and encouraging. Every church needs strong men and strong women in the church, and by strong we mean, the growing and the application of the knowledge of the Lord everyday. We also had the opportunity to start a prayer service on Wednesday nights. This is a service in which many come and hear a biblical lesson about prayer and then we pray through a list of prayer requests. It has been a huge blessing as it helps us as a church to rely on the Lord more and more. We of course have continued with our weekly services on Thursday, Sunday nights and Sunday mornings. God is blessing us with more people coming and learning from the preaching. We thank the Lord for allowing us to serve Him here in Colombia. We love it very much and count it a privilege to see how He continues to save souls.Praise the Lord for another person saved!
We recently learned that a young lady by the name of Sahara got saved not too long ago! She has been coming to church services faithfully and has been attentively listening to the preaching of God’s Word. One day, while at her home, God showed her the need of Christ in her life and right then and there she asked God to save her. Praise the Lord! We are so thankful to God for allowing us to see Him change lives
Discipleship continues on and is growing
As we continue to see more people come to the church, the need for more one on one discipleship continues to grow. I am very thankful to God that now we have more people that can teach the Bible lessons so that even more can learn and grow in the Lord. Please help us by praying for the new discipleship teachers that meet with new comers on a weekly basis for classes on the Gospel. Please pray that more would see the need of salvation and that more people accept the gift of eternal life by trusting in Christ alone as their Savior.Mailing / Support Address:
